The March 30 Movement Launches the Hind Rajab Foundation: Pursuing Justice for Palestine
Brussels — In an important step towards justice, accountability, and remembrance, the March 30 Movement is honored to announce the launch of the Hind Rajab Foundation as a registered non-profit under Belgian law. Named in memory of a symbol of the murdered childhood in Gaza, the foundation aims to bring an end to Isreali impunity in crimes of war, crimes against humanity, and violations of international law in Palestine.
The Hind Rajab Foundation is committed to:
-
Ending Impunity: Holding individuals and entities accountable for the atrocities committed against the Palestinian people, ensuring they face justice in courts of law, no matter where they are or how powerful they may be.
-
Serving Justice: Working with international legal bodies and human rights organizations to prosecute perpetrators of war crimes and human rights abuses, leaving no room for evasion or leniency.
-
Honoring the Fallen: Memorializing the victims of violence and oppression in Palestine, ensuring their stories are told, their sacrifices are recognized, and their memories are preserved for future generations.
-
Pursuing Perpetrators: Tracking down those responsible for crimes against Palestinians, including not only the direct perpetrators but also the inciters and accomplices who facilitate these acts, whether through direct involvement or by providing support.
The Hind Rajab Foundation will focus on research, documentation, and the collection of evidence on war crimes and human rights violations. It will challenge propaganda and misinformation, working to shift the global narrative toward truth, justice, and accountability in Palestine. As part of its mission, the foundation will soon file a major case, marking the beginning of a campaign to demand justice and accountability from those responsible.
The Hind Rajab Foundation invites international human rights organizations, legal experts, and justice advocates to join its cause. Together, we can work toward a future where truth prevails, and justice is served.
